* Refund Policy

Reservation fees: Reservation fees are normally 1000 Euros (700 GBP) per apartment purchased. This is not refundable under normal circumstances if you change your mind after payment, so please be sure you wish to purchase. Changing of apartments after reservation may be possible and, if agreed, will not incur loss of reservation fee, which will be transferred. Reservation fees are held in Protected Client account.

Rental payments: A deposit of 200 GBP per rental week is required to secure a booking. The balance is payable no later than 6 weeks before departure. This deposit will not usually be refunded if rental reservation is cancelled.

After payment of rental balance, refunds will be as follows:

• Over 6 months before departure: full refund
• Between 6 and 3 months before departure: 50% refund
• Between 3 and 1 month before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 1 month before departure: No refund
