The apartments will have extensive leisure facilities, to make a "one stop" holiday destination. Plus, as an added benefit, Hanroc will be releasing the apartments at prices well under those priced locally, despite the fact that this project is superior, we believe, to anything else on offer in the region. The Crimea isn't a cheap place - it's the local south of France - and apartment prices typically exceed other markets in the region, such as Bulgaria.

Of the few developments on offer at present, prices range from about 1500 Euros m2 for ugly "prison block" style, to 4500 Euros m2 for reasonable sea view apartments. Parking spaces on a near by development sell for no less than $30,000!
