Building updates

Walls are now being constructed and final landscaping being undertaken. With its balustrades fitted, the villa is looking near completion.

Insulation has been fitted to walls of villa and rendered over. On the roof, solar panel will be placed on top of the access roof – a perfect sun trap and leaves the rest of the roof free as a sun bathing place.

After a hiatus of nearly 2 years, due to the recession squeezing company cash flow, work restarts. The pool will be of a good size.

As the villa will be set inside the slope, a lot of earth has been removed and heavy duty foundations are being made.
